This year’s TFWA show in Cannes will take place from October 19 through 23, 2009. As one of the fastest growing companies in the confectionery business we would not dream of missing this important Duty Free event. We have always made it our business to increase mutual growth by creating value for retailers and consumers alike through delightful and imaginative high-quality products and by putting our customers first! During the show in Cannes we will be presenting a number of new features designed especially to do just that!
We have decided to take an active role as sponsor of the Frontier Buyer’s Forum Awards. We will present the bronze, silver and gold awards to the winners for innovation during this prestigious event. We know first hand how important these Awards are. We have long realized and experienced that innovation is key to our success and our past year’s results have added to our conviction to continue on this path.
First of all, we will be presenting exciting new displays created to increase visibility in stores tremendously for both our focus brands Mentos and Chupa Chups. And secondly, but no less important, we will be introducing surprising and innovative new products for both the Mentos chewing gum and Chupa Chups range.
In our constant pursuit of innovation, we have not only added as many as 10 new and innovative products for both our product ranges, but we have also optimized our assortment by replacing some of our earlier products with exciting new flavors and packaging.
